摘要
本文提出对约束逻辑编程范式用于自然语言处理的适用性进行评估。该问题的理论方面已在若干工作中被讨论。我们在此采用实用主义观点，论证依赖于具体解决方案。使用实际约束（在 CLP 意义上）既不容易也不直接。然而，CLP 可以从简洁性、控制、效率或语言形式主义的直接表示等多个方面改进解析技术。该讨论通过若干示例以及一个 HPSG 解析器的展示加以说明。
