企业架构与高层管理角色的概念性知识关系模型

摘要
企业架构（Enterprise Architecture, EA）作为提升组织绩效的管理工具，持续获得全球认可。然而，文献表明，高层管理（top management, TM）缺乏EA知识阻碍了EA的吸纳。本研究旨在衡量TM为全面支持EA吸纳所需的EA知识。对某组织多名人员进行了半结构化访谈，并采用持续比较法分析数据。研究发现TM需要两类EA知识：业务知识和技术知识。通过综合EA与TM的角色，提出一个概念性知识关系模型，以支持TM识别所需的EA知识。研究结果为学术界和从业者贡献了如何改进EA吸纳的知识，以及理解EA以实现高业务价值的结构化路线图。
