高效光致相变纳米结构概念设计

摘要
通过对动力学模型的蒙特卡罗模拟，我们展示了使用由两种组分适当组合形成的超结构可显著提升光致相变效率。这主要是由于结构单元靠近局部不稳定区域时，转换域的核化速度加快。本机制为设计具有潜在存储器和存储器件应用的光可控材料提供了通用指导原则。
