微波辐射下二维电子气的可压缩性

摘要
二维电子气(2DEG)的微波辐照产生非平衡电子分布,并导致电导耗散部分的振荡。我们表明,相同的非平衡电子分布会引起通过局域探针测量的2DEG可压缩性的强烈振荡。可压缩性的局域测量有望提供关于微波辐射下2DEG零电阻态畴结构的信息。
