摘要
Leng和Wu在上述论文中对时钟偏斜的最大似然类估计量的推广是错误的，因为在推导最大似然估计量、其性能界以及两个相减时间戳之间间隙的最优选择时，未考虑模型中噪声分量之间的相关性。本评论研究了模型中的噪声相关性问题，并给出了最大似然估计量及其性能界有效的间隙范围，且基于所提供的范围纠正了间隙的最优选择。
