在最近一篇文章[Phys. Rev. A 94, 052128 (2016)]中，作者计算了两种坍缩模型对中性的介子跃迁概率的预测。值得注意的是，他们声称发现对衰变率的影响，并试图证明需要一个新参数来完整刻画标准坍缩模型的噪声。这两个主张是错误的，且源于有缺陷的计算。本评论从主方程精确导出正确的跃迁概率，解释如何以安全方式进行微扰计算，并最终指出原文章作者的主要错误所在。
