摘要
对于包含 100 个或更多原子的介观系综，我们以单原子分辨率测量了总原子数以及处于特定超精细态的原子数。该测量探测了由包含该系综的光学腔的共振频率的原子诱导位移。这项工作将基于腔的单原子分辨率检测的原子数范围扩展了一个数量级以上，并为利用原子系综进行海森堡极限干涉测量提供了必要的读出能力。
