摘要
我们研究了在双势阱结构中具有自相互作用和交叉相互作用非线性的双组分激子-极化激元混合物,系统存在弛豫和连续泵浦。我们确定了使系统具有宇称-时间()对称性的条件,并研究了其动力学和静态性质。我们表明,该系统可展现两种极化激元组分在这两个势阱之间的长期相干布居振荡,并能在存在交换相互作用的情况下模拟一对自旋-1/2粒子(量子比特)的动力学。
