声子与激子或激子-极化激元凝聚体之间的相干相互作用

摘要
我们分析了半导体微腔中激子及激子-极化激元凝聚体与相干声波的相互作用。在 无关相互作用的近似下，找到了耦合凝聚体-声子系统激发色散关系的解析解。考虑 依赖性会导致色散发生更强的修正，甚至出现“旋子不稳定性”区域。
