摘要
在 DDO 系统上对自 1997 年来在 Katzman 自动成像望远镜上发现的 177 颗超新星（SNe）的宿主星系进行分类。虽然 Ia 型超新星发生在所有星系类型中，但统计上可以确信的是，Ib、Ic 和 II 型超新星强烈集中在后型星系中。然而需注意的一个可能例外是 SN 2001I。该 Ia 型 IIn 超新星发生在 E2 型星系 UGC 2836 中，而该星系原本不太可能孕育大质量的年轻超新星前体。
