多段轮廓的分类及其在神经元蛋白Tau研究中的应用

摘要
本工作受神经科学应用的驱动，特别是对一种名为Tau的蛋白质（功能）失调的研究。目标是建立强度轮廓的分类，根据该蛋白质的存在与否及其单体或二聚体比例进行区分。为此，我们提出了一种具有固定聚类数的高斯混合模型，其均值参数在聚类之间受约束且共享。该模型的推断通过经典的EM算法完成。该方法的性能通过模拟研究进行评估，并在真实数据上进行了应用。
