面向Subaru望远镜的冷却红外光谱仪与相机(CISCO)

摘要

本文描述了一种用于Subaru望远镜Nasmyth焦点的冷却红外光谱仪与相机(CISCO)。它主要设计为OH-Airglow Suppressor(OHS)的后端相机,也可作为独立的、通用的近红外相机/光谱仪使用。CISCO基于单个1024x1024格式的HgCdTe HAWAII阵列探测器,能够实现1.8'x1.8'的宽场成像或0.9至2.4 μm的低分辨率光谱。测试观测中测得的极限星等分别为J=23.5mag和K'=22.4mag(成像,1"孔径,S/N=5,1小时曝光)。
