摘要
由于弱相互作用，中微子可以使介质极化并获得感应电荷。我们考虑了中微子穿过可极化介质时，由于其有效电磁相互作用而发射的切连科夫辐射。即使对于无质量的手征中微子，这种效应也存在，无需假设标准模型之外的新物理。
