TbBaFe2O5 中从棋盘格到条纹的电荷有序转变

对 TbBaFe2O5 的中子和 X 射线衍射联合研究揭示了一种罕见的从棋盘格到电荷有序的转变。TbBaFe2O5 是一种混合价化合物，其中 Fe2+/Fe3+ 离子已知在 TV = 291 K 以下排列成条纹电荷有序态，该态由沿 b 方向在基面内交替排列的 Fe2+/Fe3+ 条纹组成。我们的测量表明，在 TV < T < T* = 308 K 之间，条纹电荷有序之前存在一个棋盘格电荷有序相。棋盘格有序由位点间库仑相互作用稳定，而条纹态则由轨道有序稳定。
