气体探测器中石墨烯层的电荷转移特性

摘要

石墨烯是由碳原子排列成蜂窝状晶格的单层结构,具有卓越的力学、电学和光学性质。首次将悬挂在铜网上的石墨烯层安装到配备气体电子倍增器的气体探测器中。进行了低能电子和离子穿过石墨烯的转移测量。本文描述了悬挂石墨烯层的样品制备、测试程序,并讨论了初步结果及未来应用前景。
