摘要
报道了多铁性材料LuFe2O4的X射线散射实验。在320 K以下,超结构反射表明存在一个传播矢量接近(1/3,1/3,3/2)的非公度电荷序。相应的电荷构型(电子结构计算也认为其最稳定)包含具有反铁电堆叠的极性Fe/O双层。360 K时的漫散射(传播矢量为(1/3,1/3,0))表明相邻双层之间存在铁电短程关联。非公度性的温度依赖性表明电荷序与磁性之间存在耦合。
