摘要
我们利用脉冲电流注入,在原型条纹有序铜氧化物 LaNdSrCuO 中研究了电荷序畴的动力学。我们首先确定了非热效应主导于简单焦耳加热的 regime,然后证明在足够小的扰动下,脉冲电流注入可进入非热诱导的电阻亚稳态。结果与涨落电荷序的钉扎一致,且涨落在电荷序起始温度处最为显著。非平衡效应仅当从电荷有序相接近转变时才显现。我们的实验确立了脉冲电流注入作为一种可行且有效的方法来探测多种其他材料中的电荷序动力学。
