摘要
在无线通信系统中，服务质量（QoS）从用户和运营商的角度来看都是最重要的问题之一。与 QoS 相关的所有参数对全体用户和应用而言并非同等重要。不同用户的满意度也不依赖于相同的 QoS 参数。本文讨论 QoS 参数，进而提出基于协议层和业务应用的 QoS 参数优先级排序。我们给出了相互影响其他 QoS 参数性能的 QoS 参数之间的关系，最后展示了为降低掉话率（对所有业务类型最重要的 QoS 参数）所提软 QoS 方案的数值分析结果。
