低净杂质浓度高纯锗点接触探测器的表征

摘要
高纯锗点接触探测器具有低能量阈值和宽能量范围内优异的能量分辨率，因此广泛应用于核物理和粒子物理。在无中微子双β衰变等稀有事件搜索中，点接触几何结构尤为重要，因为它允许脉冲形状鉴别，从而显著降低本底。本文研究了超高纯锗点接触探测器的脉冲形状鉴别性能。结果表明，需要最小的净杂质浓度才能满足脉冲形状性能要求。
