摘要
在串联的两个耦合液晶弹性体光机械光学器件(POD)中展示了光机械驱动。表征了单个POD的响应函数，并用于预测耦合系统的时间响应。对于几种波形和频率，预测的耦合系统响应与实验一致，表明光机械器件的大规模集成是可能的。
