摘要
我们在单层、双层和三层 MoS 样品中实现了载流子-包络相位 (CEP) 控制的光电流。该光电流随场幅值的平方比例增长，表明其在弱场 regime 下呈现扰动性载流子动力学，区别于强场隧穿。我们的结果将光场敏感型电流控制从 bulk 介质、半导体和石墨烯扩展到二维过渡金属硫化物，凸显其在电场敏感型光电子学中的潜力。
