利用非偏振异步电光下转换与电光聚合物调制器实现太赫兹波到双波长近红外光注入锁定光频梳的载波转换

摘要
THz波是下一代无线通信中极具前景的无线载波,其要求实现从无线到光通信的无缝连接。在本研究中,我们展示了利用非偏振异步电光下转换与电光聚合物调制器,将THz波载波转换为注入锁定于光频梳的双波长近红外(NIR)光。通过所提出的THz到NIR载波转换,W波段THz波作为1 GHz稳定光子RF拍频信号被获取,其信噪比为25 dB。此外,该结果暗示了THz波光子探测用于无线到光无缝通信的潜力。
