摘要
我们估算了 散射的完整单光子交换 Born 振幅。我们包含了质子或中子的磁矩，以及氘核的磁矩与四极矩的贡献。发现将磁矩相互作用纳入 散射可观测量理论描述中，无法解决长期的 之谜。
