摘要
我们研究了母体材料为拓扑绝缘体的超导拓扑绝缘体的电子性质。我们计算了 L. Fu 和 E. Berg (Phys. Rev. Lett. 105, 097001) 提出的四种有前景的超导配对的比热和自旋磁化率的温度依赖性。由于四种配对中有三种的比热温度依赖性曲线形状几乎相同，仅从比热难以区分它们。另一方面，对于每种配对，我们得到了反映 Cooper 对自旋结构的各种自旋磁化率温度依赖性。我们提出，可以通过改变外加磁场方向测量 Knight 移位来确定超导拓扑绝缘体的配对对称性。
