Broad absorption line quasar拥有与无BAL的quasar相同的数据冷尘埃辐射

摘要
讨论了对SDSS宽CIV吸收线quasar的亚毫米调查结果。发现BAL类quasar的亚毫米通量分布类似于非BAL类quasar。这与所有quasar都包含宽吸收线区域，但只有一部分沿我们视线可见的想法一致。观察结果与BAL类quasar在特殊的演化时刻（伴随高星际形成率和尘埃质量）中被观察到的矛盾。
