氩离子产生的明亮准相位匹配软X射线谐波辐射

摘要
展示了在充氩直孔毛细波导中产生的延伸至水窗（~4nm）的谐波的选择性增强（>10^3）。该增强与建模良好吻合，建模表明多模准相位匹配（MMQPM）由基模与高阶毛细模间拍频引起的快速轴向光强调制实现。首次从氩离子观测到在碳 K 边缘（~4.37nm，~284eV）之外直至 ~360eV 波长处的可观脉冲能量（每脉冲每谐波阶 >10nJ）。
