相互作用驱动超新星(SNe)在光学厚的圆周星介质(CSM)内爆炸,该介质可能于爆发事件期间被抛射。为识别并刻画此类爆炸前爆发,我们为 196 颗相互作用超新星(多为 IIn 型)制作了强制测光光变曲线,这些超新星由 Zwicky Transient Facility 在 2018 年初至 2020 年 6 月间探测到。大量检验表明,在应用质量截断和偏置修正后,于分析的 70,000 张爆炸前图像中我们仅预期少数假探测。我们探测到 18 颗 IIn 型超新星之前的前兆爆发,以及 Ibn 型 SN2019uo 之前的前兆爆发。前兆在超新星前最后数月变得更亮且更频繁,且在爆炸前最后三个月内,亮于 -13 星等的月尺度爆发出现于所有 IIn 型超新星的 25%(95% 置信区间 5 - 69%)之前。前兆的辐射能量可达 ,可抛射 物质。然而,探测到前兆的超新星并不显著亮于其他 IIn 型超新星,其光谱中特征的窄氢线通常源自更早的、未探测到的质量损失事件。长前兆持续时间需要持续能量注入,例如可由相互作用或连续驱动风供能。氖和氧燃烧阶段的不稳定性预言在爆炸前最后数年至数月启动前兆;然而,最亮的前兆比预期能量高 100 倍。
