摘要
综述了半导体超晶格中超快能量弛豫和输运现象的理论分析。特别地，我们讨论了布洛赫振荡和瓦尼尔-斯塔克局域化这两种等价的量子力学图像。还提供了模拟实验的综述及其与现有实验研究的比较。
