BeppoSAX 对明亮 Seyfert 2 星系的观测

我们报告了 BeppoSAX 对明亮 Seyfert 2 星系的宽带 (0.1-100 keV) 观测,并在统一理论框架下讨论结果。数据用于探测类型 2 天体的 Nh 分布,以识别被强吸收 (10^24 <= Nh <= 10^25 cm^-2) 的源,这些源在硬 X 射线中尤其亮。它们也首次提供了 Seyfert 2 天体的高能谱数据,并对其固有幂律轮廓施加了严格约束。这些结果确认了统一理论的基本预期,并表明 INTEGRAL 任务可以提供实质性贡献。
