受火箭助推器设计计算机实验的启发，本文探讨了将平稳高斯过程与树状划分相结合的非平稳建模方法。划分是一种简单但有效的处理非平稳性的方法。文中详细描述了使该方法高效的方法论发展与统计计算细节。除了对火箭助推器模拟器进行分析外，我们的方法还证明在其他领域同样有效。
