在法国国家量子战略的一部分——国家量子技术测量、标准与评估计划MetriQs-France的支持下，BACQ项目致力于面向应用的量子计算基准测试。该联盟汇集了THALES、EVIDEN（Atos旗下业务）、CEA、CNRS、TERATEC和LNE，旨在建立对工业用户有意义的参考性能评估标准。
