B → K*γ 与 B → ργ 以及 |V_td/V_ts|

摘要
我们从 B → (K*,ρ)γ 确定了 |V_{\rm td}/V_{\rm ts}| = 0.192 ± 0.016_{exp} ± 0.014_{th}，该结果基于 B 工厂 Babar 和 Belle 的测量。与原始会议论文不同之处在于，我们加入了在 ICHEP 2006 上提出的 Babar 对 B → ρ(ω)γ 的新测量，这显著改变了 |V_{td}/V_{ts}| 的结果。
