轴子对中子星质量-半径关系的贡献

我们考虑了关于伪标量场 (类轴子) 与大质量费米子之间相互作用的有效拉格朗日。 在高密度和非零温度下，可通过 bremsstrahlung 产生轴子。如果轴子-中子相互作用大于某个特定值，我们可以拥有小于中子星尺寸的平均自由路径。我们通过数值求解托尔曼-奥本海默-沃尔克方程来调查被囚禁轴子对中子星质量-半径函数的影响。我们表明，因果性限制了捕获 regime 的适用性。我们发现，对于中子星的特定中心密度和温度范围，轴子对中子星质量有显著贡献。对于其他密度和温度，轴子对中子星结构没有显著影响。由于我们采用的是有效方法，结果可轻易应用于特定的轴子模型。
