摘要
本文介绍AutoSurvey，这是一种快速且组织结构清晰的方法，用于自动化创建人工智能等快速发展领域的综合文献综述。传统的综述论文创建面临信息量庞大且复杂的挑战，促使需要高效的综述方法。虽然大型语言模型（LLM）在自动化此过程方面显示出前景，但存在上下文窗口限制、参数知识限制以及缺乏评估基准等挑战。AutoSurvey 通过系统化方法应对这些挑战，包括初始检索与提纲生成、子章节草稿的专用 LLM 撰写、整合与优化、以及严格的评估与迭代。我们的贡献包括解决综述问题的综合方案、可靠的评估方法，以及实验验证表明AutoSurvey效果显著。我们在 \url{https://github.com/AutoSurveys/AutoSurvey} 开放了相关资源。
