高斯过程的自动单调性检测

摘要
我们提出一种新方法，利用带有虚拟导数观测的高斯过程（GP）模型，从数据中自动检测单调的输入-输出关系。在合成数据集和真实数据集上的结果表明，所提方法能以高精度从输入空间中检测出单调方向。我们期望该方法尤其有助于提升模型的可解释性，并提高回归和分类任务的准确性，特别是在数据边缘附近或进行外推时。
