摘要
本短评利用亚稳态的一般热力学理论试图更好地理解大气不稳定性。研究表明，不仅云的冷却会导致降雨，加热也会导致降雨，特别是当云中存在带电水滴时（在这种情况下会出现伴有闪电的降雨）。讨论了全球变暖对天气的影响。
