AT 2024wpp:与黑洞二进制合并爆炸相关的最亮快速演化光学短暂现象

摘要

快速蓝色光学短暂现象 (FBOT) 是一种极具异常性的天体现象, 在X射线、光学和射电波段表现出异常强烈的辐射。其物理起源高度争议,已有多种解释, ranging 从恒星爆炸到星体破坏事件 (TDE)。本文报告了最亮FBOT之一——AT 2024wpp,其峰值后光度在X射线中重新点燃,并在光学中趋于平缓,其衰减率符合TDE特征(L_bol ∝ t^{-5/3})。这暗示了来自中心致密天体的吸积能贡献,进一步得到X射线谱指数变硬以及在相近阶段检测到流出现象(从发射线推断)的支持。对光度演化的详细建模表明,AT 2024wpp最可能是由一颗34 M_sun的伍尔-莱特星与一颗15 M_sun黑洞 (BH) 的合并爆炸引起,这表明某些FBOT可能与恒星黑洞的星体破坏事件相关联。
