介绍了在“2015 致密物质学校”所作两次讲座的提纲。在概述相图与重离子碰撞和致密星现象的相关性之后，我给出了一些基本公式，用于在 Nambu-Jona-Lasinio 模型的均值场处理中讨论 QCD 相图。接下来，我介绍了强耦合格点 QCD，这是研究包括一级相边界在内的 QCD 相图的一种有前景的方法。在最后部分，我讨论了在非对称物质中的 QCD 相图，其应形成于致密星现象中。
