静水压条件下URu2Si2中的反铁磁临界压力

摘要
通过在中子衍射中使用氦压力介质(最接近静水压条件)研究了URu2Si2中反铁磁序的起始。反铁磁临界压力为0.80 GPa,远高于先前报道的值。互补的电阻率测量表明,隐藏序-反铁磁双临界点远高于1.02 GPa。此外,重新定义的压力-温度相图表明,超导相边界和反铁磁相边界实际上在零温度下于一个共同的临界压力处相遇。
