Mn2CrGa中反占位无序对可能相变的抑制

摘要
本文针对Mn2CrGa化合物发生相变的可能性进行了理论和实验表征。在高有序L21结构下，该化合物有潜力成为马氏体相变材料。然而，实验结果显示该系统发生了严重的反占位无序，阻碍了相变的发生。本工作为Heusler合金中新相变材料的设计提供了重要参考。
