银纳米颗粒的抗菌研究

摘要
在本研究中,我们讨论了银纳米颗粒的抗菌活性,并比较了其对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌的作用。通过电解法合成的银纳米颗粒对革兰氏阴性菌的活性高于革兰氏阳性菌。我们首次在电解合成过程中通过使用电能增强了其抗菌活性,这从其更强的抗菌活性(针对大肠杆菌)中得到证实。我们研究了两种不同方法制备的银纳米颗粒内晶胞晶格常数的变化及其对抗菌活性的影响。我们注意到晶格常数的微小变化会导致其抗菌活性的增强。
