摘要
在构成离子-质子脉冲星磁层开放扇区的向外运动的离子与质子束中，纵向或准纵向 Langmuir 模的增长，会像长度为整数个半波长的端馈高阻抗水平直导线天线一样辐射。该辐射大体上具有被广泛观测到的能流、线偏振和谱指数：此外，一些积分脉冲轮廓中看到的 notch 现象也会自然出现。低于 100 MHz 的脉冲星观测新领域可能带来对射电辐射机制的有效检验。
