摘要
我们报道了对包含反铁磁中间层（CaSrCuO）的 Nb/Au/CaSrCuO/YBaCuO 异质结构中电流输运的研究。通过激光烧蚀在 NdGaO 衬底上生长了 YBaCuO 和 CaSrCuO 的外延薄膜；CaSrCuO 薄膜的厚度为 20 和 50 nm，x = 0.15 或 0.5。我们的实验结果表明，与先前研究的 Nb/Au/YBaCuO 异质结构相比，Nb/Au/CaSrCuO/YBaCuO 异质结构中的超导电流输运有所增强。发现该结构的临界电流对外部磁场的绝对值和方向非常敏感。
