摘要
通过标准的柠檬酸法制备了显示磁电 (ME) 行为的 RMn2O5 (R=Pr, Nd, Sm, 和 Eu) 氧化物。从粉末 XRD 分析得到的晶格参数遵循稀土收缩规律，表明 R 离子为三价。RMn2O5 (R=Pr, Nd, Sm, 和 Eu) 的磁抗性曲线出现类似 cusp 的异常，比热图谱出现尖锐峰，这表明发生了磁性或电性有序相变。
