摘要
本文介绍了在“苏拉”加热设施上通过强高频波修改电离层实验中，探测异常波异常衰减的实验和理论研究结果。实验数据表明异常波存在显著衰减，这可解释为异常波在小尺度随机不规则体上的多次散射结果。演示了通过测量异常波的异常衰减来诊断人工不规则体谱的可能性。
