轻度过掺杂至最佳掺杂高温\LSCO\超导体的各向异性准粒子散射率

摘要

本文呈现了对结合能和动量依赖的高温超导体\LSCO\(x=0.145x=0.145x=0.17x=0.17)超导相中散射率的角分辨光电子发射研究。我们观察到,散射率随结合能线性缩放,直至高能标E10.4E_1\sim0.4 eV。发现散射率具有强烈的各向异性,且在 (0,0)-(π,π\pi,\pi) 方向上存在最小值。文中讨论了其与量子临界点的可能联系。
