超导Ba(Fe0.926Co0.074)2As2中的各向异性和准传播自旋激发

摘要

对超导(SC)Ba(Fe0.926_{0.926}Co0.074_{0.074})2_2As2_2的非弹性中子散射揭示了靠近\textbf{Q}AFM=(12/12)_{\texttt{AFM}}=({1}{2}/{1}{2})(母体BaFe2_2As2_2化合物的二维反铁磁波矢)的各向异性和准二维(2D)磁激发。这些低能涨落的关联长度各向异性与J1J_1-J2J_2模型中J1/J2J_1/J_2 \sim 1的自旋向列关联一致。SC态中约8.3 meV的自旋共振表现出相同的各向异性。各向异性涨落在约80 meV以上沿垂直于\textbf{Q}AFM_{\texttt{AFM}}的方向实验上演化为两个不同的极大值,表明存在不寻常的准传播激发。
