人机对话中声学与情感特征趋同现象的分析与利用

摘要
趋同（entrainment）是指对话者调整其说话风格以与对方保持一致的现象。该现象已在声学、韵律、词汇或句法等不同维度中被发现。本工作中，我们探索并利用趋同现象以改进语音助手的口语对话系统。我们首先考察了人际对话中声学特征上趋同现象的存在性，随后将分析扩展至情感特征。分析结果显示了声学与情感特征上趋同的强有力证据。基于这些发现，我们实现了两种趋同策略，并评估将趋同原理整合进文本转语音（TTS）系统是否能改善合成性能与用户体验。研究发现，在考虑声学特征时，将趋同原理整合进 TTS 系统带来了性能提升，而在考虑情感特征时未观察到明显改善。
