宏观非平衡系统中的表面熔化类似现象

摘要
受扰动的湿颗粒物质可被视为相变的非平衡模型系统，其中宏观颗粒取代分子，毛细桥取代分子键。实验证明，远离热平衡的二维湿颗粒晶体从其自由表面开始熔化，并先经历非晶态。由键取向序参数揭示，向表面熔化态的转变表现为一阶相变，其阈值可追溯至单个毛细桥的断裂能。在宏观非平衡系统中观测到此类转变，引发了关于表面熔化普适性的问题。
