摘要
本文描述了如何使用真实的量子退火器在指定状态周围执行（状态空间中的）局部搜索，而非量子退火算法中传统实现的全局搜索。量子退火算法是模拟退火的类比，后者是一种现已过时的经典数值技术。因此，本文探索了以某种方式使用退火器的策略，这种方式利用了现代经典优化算法的优势，并且对问题误设定的敏感性应低于传统的量子退火算法。
